Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the North Coast Allied Health Association NSW Ltd ABN 68 602 046 319 (the Company) will be held at the Peppers Salt Resort & Spa in Kingscliff, and by teleconference, on Saturday 10 March 2018 at 5:15pm.
Notice is also given of the nominations for Directors to be elected by Members. Each Ordinary Member is entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting and if the authorised representative is unable to attend, the Member should appoint a proxy in order to secure the Member’s right to vote. Members may vote for up to two Directors from the nominations. Final nominations are due 24 February 2018. Ballot forms will be sent with further information about the nominees after 24 February 2018. Votes must be received by 5:15pm on 8 March 2018.
