Healthy North Coast

Strategic Plan

North Coast Allied Health Association strategic plans are developed by the Board of Directors for each three-year period. They serve to guide the strategic focus of the Association for any period, provide a yardstick for assessment of how the Association is performing against its stated goals, and informs members and stakeholders of NCAHA priorities. The Strategic Plan is supported by annual Operational Plans that serve to support operationalisation of strategic objectives.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and the inability for the Board to meet face-to-face for planning purposes, a Strategic Plan has yet to be developed for the current period. There is however an Operational Plan for 2021 to guide Association activity.
