North Coast Primary Health Network (NCPHN) is seeking expressions of interest from private practitioners interested in providing Speech Pathology and/or Occupational Therapy services to children aged 0-12 years of age and their families/carers living in the Richmond River Local Government Area (eg. Woodburn, Broadwater, Coraki, Box Ridge and Evans Head).
One of the roles of the newly formed NCPHN, is to use existing services providers within the region or attract new providers, including out of region providers, to deliver services where there is a lack of, or inequitable access to medical and healthcare services.
Practitioners must be in private practice and registered with Medicare Australia in order for clients to be able to claim a Medicare rebate. Ideally, practitioners should also be willing to work in various locations (eg. Woodburn, Broadwater, Coraki, Box Ridge and Evans Head).
For further details, or to register your interest, please contact Deborah McPherson (Program Manager Northern) or Chris Clark (General Manager Northern) on 02 6622 4453.
Dear Deborah and Chris,
I am wondering if there are any opportunities for Occupational Therapists through NCPHN.
I have experience in Paediatrics, Child and Adolescent Mental Health, Family Therapy, Eating Disorders and have qualifications in Occupational Therapy and Education.
Many thanks
Jenny
